The Explorer chassis is a nimble and durable 4 passenger, High performance buggy for the open desert or soft sand.

The Explorer chassis is offered in mild steel or 4130 chromoly, suspension members and components are 4130 chromoly and machined, billet aluminum.

The chassis is offered in an A-Arm front suspension with 6x3 ( A-Arm chassis only) tubular rear trailing arm configuration.

The Chenowth Explorer has a 46" wide and 75" long passenger compartment.

The Explorer Chassis can accommodate four full Beard or Mastercraft suspended type seats with ample leg room for four full size adults.

The wheelbase on the Explorer is 120" for a smooth ride on any terrain. The rear suspension accommodates Torsion bar or coil over shock design.

A 4" wider than stock torsion housing accommodates 6x3 rear trailing arms with a dual pivot race-style heim connection which allows for increased wheel travel (up to 18" with our 6x3 tubular rear trailing arms).

The upper frame rails have been raised to allow for more tie rod clearance and increased front wheel travel (up to 16+").
